Been wearing this at work for three weeks and the print hasn't cracked or faded at all. The detachable clasp is the best part since I can just unclip my badge at the scanner instead of pulling the whole thing over my head.

The double-layered polyester feels way sturdier than the flimsy one I had before, and the metal clasp pops off easily when I need to hand my badge to someone. Survived a whole convention weekend without any fraying.
